Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

Using Arcaphyte

These terms cover the Arcaphyte website, account service, and access to our creative software. By creating an account or using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Contact info@arcaphyte.com with questions.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian who accepts it on your behalf. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Product access and devices

A product license is linked to your account. Unless an offer states otherwise, it is a personal, non-exclusive license for your own use on up to five active devices, not five separate users. You may deactivate an old device in My accounts before activating another. Do not resell, share, or transfer account access or bypass activation controls. Rights that applicable law expressly permits are unaffected.

Your order describes the product and access being purchased. A one-time purchase is not a recurring subscription. It does not promise every future product, paid upgrade, or indefinite online service. Beta and complimentary access may have an expiry date or be withdrawn; they do not automatically become paid licenses.

Purchases and availability

Review product availability, supported platforms, and the final price before purchase. Features described as planned or in development are not guaranteed release commitments. Prism is currently unavailable for purchase. Beta software may change or contain errors; keep backups of important work.

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout. Currency, applicable taxes, and the total are shown before payment. Those transactions are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Access is granted after payment confirmation.

Refunds

Arcaphyte does not offer discretionary refunds. Our Refund Policy explains the exceptions for mandatory consumer rights and Paddle’s refund policy. These terms do not limit rights you cannot legally waive.

Your work and our software

You retain ownership of the original content you create. Using Arcaphyte does not transfer ownership of your work to us. Arcaphyte and its licensors retain their rights in the software, website, branding, and documentation. Upload only profile images you have permission to use; you allow us to store and display them for your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the services unlawfully, compromise another person’s account, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or evade security and purchase controls. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security threats, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a way to contact us about the restriction.

Service changes and responsibility

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for backing up your projects. To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without additional warranties beyond those stated in the product offer. Nothing here excludes mandatory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Notice explains account data handling. We may update these terms as the service develops and will identify the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account email where appropriate; changes do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase. For support, account closure, or questions, email info@arcaphyte.com.
